| Paul A. Homer Sr. is the sole reason that Backwoods Whitetails even exists. Its was his love of hunting and the outdoors that was implanted the passion for hunting into Brett at a very early age. Paul was one of the worlds greatest gunsmiths having been a warranty service center for multiple gun companies. His expertise with competition trap guns eventually resulted in the Japanese gun company of SKB to request his help with improving their trap guns. Paul Sr has now since passed on to hunt the great outdoors in heaven. But his presence is felt every day and his contributions to both the world of hunting and gun smithing will live on forever.
